Eye Spirit

In a valley, a man name Baboo lived there. He a man of Chaos and Clutter.

A lizard eye spirit heard of this clutter man. She attentioned. She also chaos one. She know Chaos and Clutter where interesting spirit can live. So she send her lizards to spy.

Dey lizards say some important spirits be having meetings about magic in dis house while Baboo slept. Lizard Eye Spirit was too tempted. She conjured neighbour person to bring painting of lizard eye to Baboo house as gift. She planned this painting for permanent spy in de house.

But den, Baboo much smarter in his own house. He put the painting outside, to look at dey bush. When next spirit meeting while Baboo was asleep, da important spirits were very smart demselves. Realised just from feel dat dere was someting about dis eye painting. Dey also carry out dey own investigation and found out dis Lizard Eye Spirits naughty plan. So, as justice dey lock her inside dis painting with Key of Break. That be.. if dis painting break, den she release. And she allowed only to whisper at other ones.

For years she remained outside to look at bush. She revelationed that actually it pays to be a painting. Where u have no system which need any food, sleep or be scare for die. When she die, she knows she be happy. In the meantime, she enjoy bush and learn this be the way. She finds can observe without worry. Without being little lizard always run away.

She see cycle, cycle, cycle day, night, Summer, Winter. She see migrate of birds and animal. She get lot of attention from insect, who sit on her and talk. Many year this happen. She learn about ways of others very quickly.

This keep happen until Baboo passed on de eye painting to Chom.

Chom just had a baby girl who name Ama and their house be radiate with joy. Painting was put out of sight, but still de Lizard Eye Spirit feel the harmony of the house troo dey wall leaning against.
She fell in love wid dis family in dis way, enjoying what feel like music from dem. She was forgotten there, but she still exist, patient. She tried to send love on times she feel was tough troo sensing dey disharmony in dey wall. She not know if dis actually work, but she love to imagine dis interaction.

So Ama grow as lovely girl into young lady. Very intelligent and smart. She always drawing eye everywhere, on her school book and desk and toilet wall. She get in trouble for graffiti at school.
Later as adult artist, AMA come to realise this importance of eye she draw everywhere. Each eye she had drawn was be watch for her. It was dis reason she smart and curious and know so much. She enjoy this, but also burden of knowledge get heavy and heavier. Until she start to not enjoy and just sad.

Now Ama parents clean out garage and find painting.  Very dusty, so all colour gone. Grey with dust.

They wipe and show colour with towel, dis painting, and Lizard Eye Spirit awaken.

Now she awake with delight, dis spirit. To see the lovely parents see her at last. And she is taken into da house to lean against a wall in a hallway.

Ama, not live dere anymore but visit some time later, tense and bad mood and see dis eye for first time.
Dis eye possess Ama in a way of whisper in her mind while parents busy cooking food. Ama she hides and follow instruction. She get little knife and hold. Painting feeling, her own feeling and knife feeling in hand. She listen. All to say softly “break the canvas”

So she did. She stab vertical mark along the form of the lizard eye pupil, and the spirit seeped out slowly from this hole.

she not explain to parents and dey ate food togeter.
De food, blessed by Lizard Eye Spirit, told dem de ancient secrets of de the lizards, in tones of love and understanding.

as dey digest de info, tension between stars got more loose and moutains allowed to talk again. Drainage pipe in cosmos got fixed and spiritworld was fill again to brim, trickling to earth in starlight.

The Lizard Eye Spirit went back to her lizard eyes for lizards to see vivid colour and spectrum. Ama sadness lift. And Balance returned better den before.
